Returns & Refunds Policy

Because Shop Goal Girls uses print‑on‑demand providers and each item is custom‑made when you place your order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, color, or design preference.

Exceptions may apply in limited cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, as outlined below.

Non‑Returnable & Non‑Refundable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer.

    • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the style or design that matches the product description.

    • Minor variations in color, printing placement, or positioning that fall within standard manufacturing tolerances.

  • Gift cards, digital products, and any marked “final sale” items are non‑refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, damage in transit, or an item different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can work with Printify, Printful, or the relevant provider to investigate.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of the stated delivery date or, for missing orders, within 10 days after the last estimated delivery date.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing:

    • The defective or damaged area

    • The entire product

    • The packaging and shipping label (if damaged)

Subject to our review and confirmation with the fulfillment provider:

  • We may offer, at our sole discretion, one of the following remedies:

    • A free replacement of the affected item, sent to the same address or an updated address you provide.

    • A partial or full refund to your original payment method.

  • Shop Goal Girl and its fulfillment partners reserve the right to deny replacement or refund requests that do not meet these conditions, show signs of misuse or intentional damage, or are submitted outside the specified reporting window.

Lost Packages & Delivery Disputes

A package may be considered “lost” when:

  • The tracking has not updated for an extended period and the carrier confirms non‑delivery, or

  • The order fails to arrive within a reasonable period after the last estimated delivery date.

If you believe your package is lost:

  • For U.S. orders, contact us no later than 30 days after the last estimated delivery date.

  • For international orders, contact us no later than 30 days after the last estimated delivery date.

Once you contact us:

  • We may ask you to confirm your shipping address, check with your local post office or carrier, and verify that the package is not held at a pickup point.

  • If, after investigation, the provider confirms that the package was lost in transit or not delivered, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement order or refund.

If tracking shows the package as delivered to the address provided, Shop Goal Girl is not obligated to replace or refund the order, and any remedy will be discretionary and evaluated case by case.

Returns to Sender & Wrong Address

If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refusal, or failure to claim the shipment:

  • The provider may either hold the package for a limited time, donate it, or dispose of it in accordance with their internal policies.

  • In most cases, a new shipment will require payment of reshipping costs, and a refund of the original order may not be available.

We may offer to reship the order to an updated address at your expense. If you decline reshipment, we may treat the order as completed with no refund.

Customer‑Initiated Returns

  • Do not send products back to any return address listed on the shipping label without contacting us first. The address on the label typically belongs to the fulfillment facility and is not authorized to process returns on our behalf.

  • Unauthorized returns sent directly to fulfillment centers may be refused, destroyed, or donated, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

If we approve a return:

  • We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a specific return address.

  • Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We may choose to issue a refund without requiring a physical return (for example, when photo evidence is sufficient), in which case you may keep or dispose of the product.

Color, Size & Print Variations

Because all products are printed on demand:

  • Slight variations in color between what is displayed on your screen and the delivered product can occur due to different screen settings and print processes; these are not considered defects.

  • Minor differences in print size, placement, or alignment within industry tolerances are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

To minimize sizing issues, please refer carefully to the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Shop Goal Girls reserves the right to contest any chargeback or payment dispute that violates this policy or our Terms of Service, including by providing evidence of order fulfillment, delivery, and communication.

  • Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of the returns system may be suspended or terminated, and future orders may be refused.

Policy Changes & Governing Law

  • Shop Goal Girls may update or modify this Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that order.

  • These policies form part of, and are subject to, our broader Terms of Service. Any disputes will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction specified in our Terms.
