Shipping Policy
Shop Goal Girls partners with third‑party print‑on‑demand providers, including Printify and Printful, to fulfill and ship most orders. Most products are printed and shipped from facilities in the United States, with some items fulfilled from international locations such as China and other countries.
Order Processing & Production Times

All products are made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before shipment, depending on product type, order volume, and provider capacity.

During peak seasons, promotions, or supply chain disruptions, processing times may be longer without prior notice.

Once an order is placed, it enters automated production workflows and cannot be modified or canceled after a short processing window. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at am@judgehatchett.com, and we will attempt (but cannot guarantee) to intercept the order before production begins.
Shipping Methods, Costs & Timeframes

Shipping rates and methods are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and our providers’ pricing.

Estimated shipping timeframes after production are, for most products:

United States: approximately 3–8 business days

International: approximately 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, and other circumstances beyond Shop Goal Girl’s control.
Fulfillment Locations & Cross‑Border Shipments

Orders may be shipped from the United States, China, or other locations depending on product availability and the fulfillment partner’s closest facility to the delivery address.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Tracking & Delivery Issues

When available, a tracking number will be provided once the order ships. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may be subject to scanning delays.

A package is considered “delivered” when the carrier marks it as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Shop Goal Girl is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier.
If your order has not arrived:

For domestic (U.S.) orders: please allow at least 5 business days after the last estimated delivery date before contacting us.

For international orders: please allow at least 10 business days after the last estimated delivery date.
After these timeframes, contact us at [your support email] with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner and the carrier.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If the carrier or fulfillment provider determines that the address is incorrect, insufficient, or undeliverable, the package may be returned to the sender or disposed of according to the provider’s policy.

In such cases, Shop Goal Girl may offer to reship the order to an updated address at the customer’s expense. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed, or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is unclaimed, refused, or cannot be delivered after carrier attempts, it may be returned to the fulfillment facility or otherwise processed by the provider.

Depending on the provider’s policy, the product may be donated, destroyed, or held for a limited period, and a free replacement or refund may not be available.

Shop Goal Girl reserves the right to charge reshipping fees or decline reshipment when a package is returned due to customer action or inaction (wrong address, refusal, unclaimed parcel).
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For cross‑border shipments, customs or import duties may be charged once the package reaches the destination country.

These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. Shop Goal Girl does not control and is not responsible for these charges, nor for any delays caused by customs processes.
Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment locations and providers, items in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Shipping charges at checkout will generally cover all shipments in your order, unless otherwise stated.
Service Territory & Restrictions

We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. Certain products or destinations may be unavailable due to carrier or provider restrictions.

Shop Goal Girl reserves the right to decline or cancel orders to specific addresses or regions if shipping is not feasible, not supported by our providers, or presents a high risk of loss or fraud.
